We are saddened to learn of Rick's passing, and extend our sincere sympathies to you, Janice, & to the family. Rick was a unique and special man, with many talents and abilities. As neighbors for so long, he often shared his thoughts & wisdom in the oh so many conversations we had between our driveways. He will be missed by many. Thanks, Rick, for your service to our country.
