I had the privilege of working with Joe Cloonan during my tenure at the Philadelphia Service Center. I remember traveling with him years ago on a very hot week to Austin, Texas. He was a true gentleman, as well as a man of great intelligence and integrity. Although I've been retired for many years, I've thought of him often and appreciated the class and dignity he brought to the organization. His family has my deepest condolences.
