Ruth has always put her family first in her life. She was very caring to me many times. Once when I was a teenager, I was having problems at home. It was Ruth and Bill who gave me a Mentor home, I stayed under their loving care till I was able to return to my mother and sister Mary. My sister Ruth had brought peace to our family.

    Another time when I was just new at being a single parent with two children, I was only 22 years old and living with mother in HILL Creek, PA. My car was stolen, and I had no resourses, not even a job. Ruth took out a loan for me. $500.00. Of course was a lot of moey then in 1962. I was able to get a job and get back on my feet. Yes, Ruth loved her family and showed it in many ways.
