Barbara E. Wilson, of Quakertown, formerly of Perkasie and Delaware County, passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2016, in Belle Haven Skilled Nursing Center, Quakertown. She was 72.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Lyman and June (Trescot) Wilson.
Barbara had worked at DelARC for over 40 years and at BARC for five years as an assembly line/piece worker until her retirement in 2014.
She was a lifelong member of Beverly Hills Presbyterian Church, Beverly Hills (Delaware County), PA. Barbara was also a member of the DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution).
Barbara loved to work on hook rugs, color, and watch reruns of old TV shows such as “Leave It to Beaver” and “The Andy Griffith Show.”
She is survived by her brother, Roy Wilson, and his wife, Mary Ann, of Sellersville, and three nieces and nephews.
In addition to her beloved parents, she was preceded in death by her collie, “Sandy.”
All services will be private.
