Mary E. Weigert

March 17, 1951 — August 5, 2017

Mary E. Weigert, of Sellersville, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2017, in Grand View Hospital, West Rockhill Township. She was 66.

She was the beloved wife of Kenneth F. Weigert for 44 years.

Born in Davenport, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Charles S. and Ellen R. (Porter) Edwards.

She met her future husband while both were attending Florida Bible College.

A gifted craft person, Mary had been employed as a card maker, designing and making original greeting cards.

Most recently, Mrs. Weigert had attended Calvary Church, Souderton. Previously, she had been a long-time member of Davisville Church, Southampton, where she had been active with the Women’s Ministry.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Weigert is survived by her three sons, Benjamin K. Weigert, of Willow Grove; Andrew C. Weigert, of Lebanon; and Nathaniel F. Weigert, of Philadelphia; and two grandchildren, Jael and Jacsen.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, David C. Edwards.

Her memorial service will be held Friday, August 11, at 7:30 pm at Davisville Church, 325 Street Road, Southampton, PA 18966.

Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
