Holly Mae Stern, a resident of LifePath – Schoolhouse in Perkasie, passed away suddenly in St. Luke’s Hospital and Health Network – Bethlehem Campus, Fountain Hill, on Saturday, May 31, 2014. She was 48.
Born in Langhorne, she was the daughter of Jeannie Stern and the late George Stern. She began her residency at LifePath in 1993.
Holly participated in the LifePath Adult Day Program in Sellersville.
She was a fun-loving person, who enjoyed going outdoors; shopping and going to the movies. She was loved by all whose lives she touched.
Holly is survived by her many friends and caregivers at LifePath –Schoolhouse, Perkasie. She will be greatly missed.
Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 5, in the Betty Meier Steeley Funeral Home, 87 North Main St., Sellersville, PA 18960, where a visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
Interment will be conducted privately.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Holly’s name to LifePath, Inc., 2 LifeMark Drive, Sellersville, PA 18960.
