Cody J. "Cooter Bang" Schwartz

Cody James "Cooter Bang" Schwartz, 21, of Bechtelsville, formerly of Souderton, died May 22 doing something he loved, dirt biking.
Born in West Rockhill Township, he was the son of Warren Russell and Debbra Lynn (Overholt) Schwartz, Bechtelsville.
Cody was employed as a warehouse worker with Hughes Moving and Relocation Company, Lansdale. He was a big-hearted person who enjoyed making everyone laugh and feel better about themselves. Cooter Bang loved dirt biking and BMX riding. He touched many people and will be sadly missed by his family and many friends.
In addition to his parents, Cody is survived by his brother, Shane Russell Schwartz, Mertztown; his sister, Ashley Luanne Schwartz, Bechtelsville; maternal grandmother, Sue Smith, Souderton; paternal grandmother, Emma Smith, New Smithville; niece, Skyelar; nephew, Lucas Erb; and many aunts and uncles.
His Memorial Service will be held Friday morning, May 28, 2010, at 11:00 AM in St. Andrew’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Dill Avenue and Chestnut Street, Perkasie, PA 18944. There are no calling hours.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions be made to the Steeley Funeral Home, 87 North Main Street, Sellersville, PA 18960, in order to help defray expenses.
