Irene B. (Bojarski) Schuster
July 19, 1924 — July 2, 2009
Irene B. Schuster, 84, of Sellersville, passed away comfortably at her home on Thursday, July 2, 2009. She was the beloved wife of Edward A. Schuster. They would have celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on July 3.
Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Botestaw and Josephine Bojarski.
Mrs. Schuster had worked at Bethlehem Steel as a key punch operator. Later, she was a homemaker.
She was a member of St. Michael’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Sellersville.
Irene enjoyed traveling and going to casinos with her husband. She was a Philadelphia Eagles fan, as well.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Schuster is survived by a son, Alan Schuster, and his long-time companion, Sharon Anderson, of East Windsor, New Jersey.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Agnes and Stella.
Her Memorial Service will be held on Monday, July 6, 2009, at 7:00 PM in the Betty Meier Steeley Funeral Home, 87 North Main Street, Sellersville, PA 18960. There are no calling hours. The family will greet visitors after the memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations to Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County, Inc., 31 Oak Avenue, Suite 100, Chalfont, PA 18914.
