Nancy J. (Frederick) Schroy

Nancy J. Schroy, 72, a long-time resident of Quakertown, passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2012, at her residence. She was the beloved wife of the late Lawrence R. Schroy for 50 years until his death in 2009.
Born in East Rockhill Township, she was the daughter of the late Mark and Florence (Fink) Frederick. Nancy was a 1957 graduate of Pennridge High School.
Mrs. Schroy was a homemaker.
She is survived by her three children: Robin Schroy; Lisa A. Dorney, and her husband, Peter; and Brian L. Schroy, and his wife, Jean, all of Quakertown; five grandchildren: Stephen; Ashley; Brandon; Collyn; and Kirsten, all of Quakertown; and eight brothers and sisters.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions be made to the Steeley Funeral Home, 87 North Main Street, Sellersville, PA 18960 in order to help defray expenses.
