Theresa L. (Loudenback) Schmidt
October 4, 1968 — December 5, 2012
Theresa L. Schmidt, of Chalfont, formerly of Sellersville, passed away Wednesday, December 5, in Grand View Hospital, West Rockhill Township. She was 44.
Born in Sidney, OH, she was the daughter of Marvin J. Loudenback, of Suffolk, VA and Bonita “Bonnie” (Foertsch) Loudenback Cadman and her husband, Jeffrey, of Washington, PA. Terri was a 1986 graduate of Upper Moreland High School.
Theresa had been employed for 23 years as a systems analyst at Penn Color Inc., in both Doylestown and Hatfield.
An active volunteer with the Pennridge Greenjackets, Terri also enjoyed camping and the outdoors. She especially loved the music of Bette Midler. Terri’s greatest joy in life, however, was spending time with her son.
In addition to her parents and step-father, she is survived by her son, Dillon, of Chalfont; two brothers: Joseph Loudenback and his wife, Dawn, of Smithville,VA; Patrick Loudenback, and his wife, Melissa; a sister, Joyce Loudenback and her husband, Bart N. Arnold, all of Chalfont; her maternal grandmother, Clare Eileen Foertsch, of Washington; three nephews; and two nieces.
Her memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 15, in the Betty Meier Steeley Funeral Home, 87 North Main Street, Sellersville, PA 18960. Family and friends may call Saturday afternoon at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until time of service.
Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Terri’s name to Grand View Hospice, 700 Lawn Avenue, Sellersville, PA 18960.
