Barbara M. (Bean) Russo

Barbara Mae Russo, 64, of Wellsboro, formerly of Royersford, passed away on Monday, November 15, at the Green Home-Laurel Health System, Wellsboro. She was the beloved wife of Michael Russo, Jr. for 35 years.
Born in Norristown, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Madeline (Dean) Bean.
In addition to her husband, Barbara is survived by her children: Linda Bunty, of York; Joseph Wolf and his wife, Mary, of Arkport, NY; Paul A. Russo and his wife, Tara, of Shiremanstown, PA; and Michelle M. Russo, of Wellsboro; two step-children: Michael H. Russo and Tena Russo, both of Easton, MD; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters: Mary Robinson and her husband, Jack; JoAnne Butcher, and a brother, Joseph Bean and his wife, Sandy, all of Pennsylvania.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2010, at 10:00 AM in the Betty Meier Steeley Funeral Home, 87 North Main Street, Sellersville, PA. Family and friends may call at the funeral home from 9:00 AM until time of service.
Interment will be held in Frieden’s Union Cemetery, Sumneytown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 2040 Linglestown Rd., Ste. 104, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
