Shirley J. Rinehold, 76, of Green Valley, Arizona, formerly of King of Prussia, went Home to be with her Lord Thursday, April 5, 2012, in the Santa Rita Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Green Valley. She was the beloved wife of Harold R. Rinehold for 60 years.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Davis) Carson.
Mrs. Rinehold had been employed by the National Liberty Insurance Company, of Frazier, retiring in 1987.
After moving to Arizona with her husband, Shirley had been a member of Green Valley Baptist Church, where she had sung in the choir and participated in the Women’s Bible Study.
Mrs. Rinehold was devoted to her family and her church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her two daughters: Linda Salemno, and her husband, John, of Sellersville; and Terrie L. Romanelli, and her husband, Robert, of Limerick; four grandchildren: Kristin Schmidt, and her husband, Jeff, of Allentown; Ami Romanelli, of Royersford; Kari Minko, and her husband, Drew; and John "LJ" Salemno, and his wife, Lisa, all of Sellersville; seven great-grandchildren: Erick; Nathan; Alex; Samantha; Kayleigh; Andrew; and Delaney; and a brother, John Carson, of Phoenix, Arizona.
She was preceded in death by a son, Ralph H. Rinehold, who died in 2004.
Her memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, May 4, 2012, in Silverdale Brethren in Christ Church, 165 West Main Street, Silverdale, PA 18962. Family and friends may call Friday morning at the church from 9:30 A.M. until time of service.
Interment will follow in Lawnview Cemetery, Rockledge.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mrs. Rinehold’s name to Silverdale Brethren in Christ Church at the address above.
