Doris C. (Rohl) Rapp
March 10, 1935 — February 1, 2010
Doris C. Rapp, 74, of Quakertown, passed away after a long battle with cancer on Monday, February 1, at Grand View Hospital, West Rockhill Township. She was the beloved wife of Richard A. Rapp, Quakertown, for 56 years.
Born in West Rockhill Township, she was a 1953 graduate of Sell-Perk High School.
Mrs. Rapp was a member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ridge Valley, West Rockhill Township.
Doris enjoyed going to auctions and flea markets, working in her flower garden, and cooking.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Rapp is survived by her children: Richard E. Rapp, Rich Hill; Kim A. Rapp and her husband, Martin Snowden, Mount Holly, NJ; two brothers: Marvin Nace and his wife, Nancy, Ridge Valley; and Herman Rohl and his wife, Peggy, Lansdale.
Her Funeral Service will be held Thursday, February 4, at 11:00 AM in St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church (Ridge Valley), 910 Allentown Road, Sellersville, PA 18960. Family and friends may call Thursday morning at the church from 10:00 AM until time of service.
Interment will be in St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, Ridge Valley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery Fund at the address above or to Grand View Hospice, 700 Lawn Avenue, Sellersville, PA 18960.
