Annamarie Ott, of Perkasie, passed away on Monday, July 8, 2013, in Quakertown Center-Genesis Health Care, Quakertown. She was 87.
She was the wife of the late Clarence Ott, Sr., for 52 years until his death in 2003.
Born in Garmisch, Germany, Annamarie was the daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. Peter Paul Schmidt. Annamarie came to the United States in 1950.
Mrs. Ott had been employed for many years as a seamstress at several former area clothing factories, including Carvin, of Sellersville; Renningers, of Quakertown; and A & G Pants, of Perkasie.
Annamarie enjoyed gardening, cooking, and jigsaw puzzles.
Mrs. Ott is survived by her four children: Rosemarie Ott, of Perkasie; Claire Frawley and her husband, Charles, of North Wales; Dolores Ott, of Quakertown; Clarence Ott, Jr.; several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 11, in the Betty Meier Steeley Funeral Home, 87 North Main Street, Sellersville, PA 18960. Family and friends may call from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday morning at the funeral home.
Interment will follow in Sellersville Cemetery.
