Gerald Franklin Nace, of Ormond Beach, FL, formerly of Perkasie and Sellersville, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2016. He was 95.
He was the beloved husband of the late Anna J. (Sedik) Nace for 67 years until her death in 2013.
Born in Perkasie, he was the son of the late Isaac and Elizabeth (Fetter) Nace.
Mr. Nace was a U. S. Army veteran, having served in both the European and African Theaters of Operations during World War II. He was the recipient of five Bronze Stars.
Jerry had been self-employed as a house painter.
Mr. Nace was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Sellersville.
Jerry had enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson, gardening, and history.
He is survived by his children: Greg Nace and his wife, Barbara; Colette Jaworski Boone and her husband, Barry; Christine Wilson and her husband, Donald; Carolyn Nace; and Martin Nace; twelve grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ellen Renninger.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Geraldine, and two brothers, Isaac Nace and Leroy Nace.
His graveside service with full military honors will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 20, in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Hilltown Pike, Hilltown.
