Michael James Myers

Michael J. Myers, of Jacksonville, FL, formerly of Sellersville, passed away at his residence on Thursday, September 22, 2016. He was 68.
Born in Quakertown, he was the son of Emily (Ambrose) Myers, Sellersville, and the late Michael Myers.
Michael was a graduate of Lansdale Catholic High School and later attended the University of Florida.
Mr. Myers was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served in aviation support during the 1960’s.
Following his discharge from the Navy, Michael resided in Florida.
Mr. Myers had been employed in retail and sales management positions until his retirement.
An avid baseball fan, Michael had played from Little League through high school and then on an American Legion team.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Myers is survived by three cousins and their families.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Myers.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 8, in St. Agnes Catholic Church, 445 North Main Street, Sellersville, PA 18960, where a visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.
Interment will follow in the adjoining parish cemetery.
