June P. (Bishop) Mitchell
June 21, 1924 — November 12, 2011
June P. Mitchell, 87, of Sellersville, formerly of Hilltown, passed away in her residence on Saturday, November 12, 2011. She was the beloved wife of Erwin Hunsberger.
Born in Silverdale, she was the daughter of the late Albert K. and Laura Mae (Cope) Bishop.
A homemaker for most of her life, June enjoyed spending time with her family.
In her spare time, she loved to read and do crossword puzzles.
In addition to her husband, June is survived by her son, Donald Mitchell, of Princeton, New Jersey; a stepson, Erwin G. Hunsberger, and his wife, Lara, of Green Lane; a stepdaughter, Brenda Donnelly, and her husband, Arthur, of Warwick, Rhode Island; two granddaughters: Ashlee Deitcher, of Perkasie; and Jennifer Reed, of Provo, Utah; a grandson, Shawn Mitchell, of Virginia; and four great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Mitchell was preceded in death by a son, Douglas Mitchell.
Her Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 17, 2011, in St. Andrew's United Church of Christ, 615 East Walnut Street, Perkasie, PA 18944. There are no calling hours.
