Dorothy McEachern, 82, formerly of Perkasie, passed away peacefully in the Richboro Rehabilitation and Nursing Center on April 23, 2015. She was the wife of the late Paul R. McEachern.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Arthur B. and Ada E. (Bona) Cordeau. Dorothy was a 1949 graduate of East Boston High School.
Dorothy had been employed as an office manager in the insurance industry.
Her sharp wit, love of life, and practical advice will live on for all.
She is survived by her son, Vincent A. Polito, Jr., of Sellersville; three grandchildren, Derek, Alyssa, and Cristina; three sisters: Helen Magnell, of Tewksbury, MA; Gladys Nicotera and her husband, Pasquale “Leo,” of Woburn, MA; Katherine “Kay,” of Peabody, MA; and two brothers, Joseph “Leo” Cordeau and Richard Cordeau, both of Lynn, MA.
In addition to both her husbands, she was preceded in death by a brother, Arthur John Cordeau.
Her remains will be cremated, and the ashes taken back to her Boston birthplace.
All services are private at the convenience of the family.
