Evelyn Ruth Lewis, of Perkasie, passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2023, in Phoebe Richland Health Care Center, Richlandtown. She was 66.
She was the beloved wife of Dennis Lee Cook.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Trudi (Apple) Lewis. Evelyn was a graduate of North Penn High School.
She had been employed as a delivery driver by various local companies.
In addition to her husband, Evelyn is survived by her brother, John Lewis, and a sister, Linda Lewis.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Lewis.
