Dalton J. "Dj" Howells

Dalton J. "DJ" Howells, of Sellersville, formerly of Darby, died Sunday, January 8, 2017. He was 25.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of Robert T. & Marie G. (Rowan) Howells, of Sellersville. DJ was a graduate of Pennwood High School, Delaware County.
DJ had worked as a machinist for Precision Finishing, Sellersville.
He was a former member of the Philadelphia Phillies RBI League team.
In addition to his parents, DJ is survived by his siblings, Raymond, Jennifer, and Mickey; his paternal grandfather, John; two nieces, Ava and AmoreYanna; Uncle Ron and his family; and many cousins and dear friends.
DJ was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Sandra and Marie & Edward Rowan; and paternal great- grandparents, Ruth & Ellsworth.
His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Jan.13, 2017, in the Betty Meier Steeley Funeral Home, 87 N. Main St., Sellersville, PA 18960, with a visitation from 10 a.m. until time of service.
Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in DJ's memory may be made to Phillies Charities Inc., c/o RBI, 1 Citizen Bank Way, Philadelphia, PA 19148.
