Melvin David Haring

Melvin David Haring, a long-time resident of Sellersville, passed away Sunday, October 30, 2016, in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. He was 75.
He was the husband of Thomasine E. Bastian for 44 years.
Born in Boyertown, he was the son of the late Harvey S. and Maria D. (Levan) Haring.
Mr. Haring had been employed for many years as a sand blaster by Precision Finishing, Sellersville. He had been previously employed by the Foundry in Quakertown.
He was a member of the Nase-Kraft American Legion Post 255, Sellersville and the Perkasie Owls Nest No.1224, Perkasie.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by five children, four brothers, and four sisters.
There will be no services.
