Dorothy M. "Dot" Shelly, 93, of Sellersville, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 27, 2012, in Grand View Hospital, West Rockhill Township. She was the beloved wife of the late Lloyd Shelly and the late Martin Glenn Gregg.
Born in West Point, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Mabel Marian (Moore) Reimel.
She had been employed for over 20 years as an inspector with the former Jacques de Loux Company, Sellersville, retiring in 1983.
Dot was a longtime member of St. Michael’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Sellersville.
She was an avid Phillies fan. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Dot is survived by her four children: Jim Gregg, and his wife, Connie, of Perkasie; Marian Yoder, and her companion, Richard Milliken; Kenneth Shelly, and his wife, Anita; and Debra Kotchetovsky, and her husband, Doug Moyer, all of Sellersville; eight grandchildren: Ray Yoder; Steve Yoder; Tracy Henry; Lori Ruch; Sherry Ashbridge; Jesse Kotchetovsky; Toni Kotchetovsky; and Nina Shelly; nineteen great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Jimmy Gregg, Jr.; a great-granddaughter, Shannon Yoder; and ten siblings.
Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, March 2, 2012, in St. Michael’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 25 East Church Street, Sellersville, PA 18960. Family and friends may call at the church Friday morning from 10:00 A.M. until time of service.
Interment will follow in Sellersville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dot’s name to St. Michael’s Evangelical Lutheran Church at the address above.
