Tammy Suzette Godshall, 52, of Pennsburg, formerly of Sellersville, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2013. She was the beloved wife of the late Philip D. Godshall, Sr. until his death in 2007.
Born in Sellersville, she was the daughter of the late Frank S. Fox and the late Patricia Diane (Kee) Fox Cook.
Tammy had been employed as an assembler for Telan Corporation, of Hatfield. Prior to that, she had worked for Parker Hannifin Corporation, also of Hatfield.
She enjoyed trips to Myrtle Beach, camping, tubing, and shopping. Tammy also liked crossword and jigsaw puzzles. Most especially, she loved spending time with her family.
Tammy will be remembered for her kindness in always putting others first. Her favorite saying was “Smile and laugh a lot.” She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Mrs. Godshall is survived by her son, Philip Godshall, Jr., and his fiancée, Sarah Connellan, of Quakertown; four sisters: Patricia Kilmer, of Tennessee; Bonnie Hanifan and her husband, Kevin, of California; Cyndy Wahalla and her husband, Bernard, of Sellersville; Kelly Hanifan and her husband, Steve, of Tennessee; many nieces and nephews; and her best friend and “sister,” Tammy Gindlesperger, of Palm.
Her memorial service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, November 2, 2013, in the Betty Meier Steeley Funeral Home, 87 North Main Street, Sellersville, PA 18960. A visitation will be held Saturday morning at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until time of service.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family in care of the Steeley Funeral Home, 87 North Main Street, Sellersville, PA 18960 to help defray expenses.
