Rosemary A. Godshall, 76, of Perkasie, passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2014, at her residence. She was the beloved wife of Robert B. Godshall for 29 years.
Born in Quakertown, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Elsa M. (Demmrich) Kaiser. Rosemary was a 1956 graduate of Quakertown High School.
Mrs. Godshall had been employed as a laboratory technician for TEVA Pharmaceutical, of Sellersville. Prior to that, she had worked for several local businesses, including the former U. S. Gauge Division, Ametek, Inc., of Sellersville, and PSG Industries, of Perkasie. As a young woman, she had worked in her family’s bakeries.
Rosemary enjoyed cooking, gardening, and music. With her husband, she had loved traveling, especially to the islands and Mexico.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her two sons: Richard Mumbauer and his wife, Barbara, of Pottstown; Robert C. Godshall and his wife, Amy, of Wichita, Kansas; four grandsons: Adam and Brandon Mumbauer; and Cody and Cory Godshall; three sisters: Rita Herman and her husband, Charles, of Quakertown; Margie Landis and her husband, Willard, of Souderton; Elizabeth Bender and her husband, Nelson, of Perkasie; and her Yellow Lab, "Dude."
Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, September 20, in the Betty Meier Steeley Funeral Home, 87 N. Main St., Sellersville, PA 18960, where a visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service.
Interment will follow in Sellersville Cemetery, Sellersville.
