James Leo Doherty, of Perkasie, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at his home, surrounded by his family. He was 68.
He was the husband of Linda (Kline) Doherty, with whom he had shared 44 years of marriage.
Born in Binghamton, NY, he was a son of the late Stanley Zwirble and the late Marjorie Doherty.
James graduated from the Calhoun School of Engineering in 1979.
He was a retired computer engineer.
James enjoyed reading, watching movies, cooking, and spending time with his family. He will be remembered for his love of music.
In addition to his wife Linda, he is survived by his son, Nathaniel Doherty.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Amber N. Doherty.
