Timothy P. Delong, Sr.

Timothy P. DeLong, Sr., of Sellersville, formerly of Perkasie, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2022, at his residence. He was 74.
He was the husband of Shirley A. (Schwager) DeLong for 38 years.
Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Albert R., Sr. and Ruth M. (Taylor) DeLong.
Mr. DeLong had been employed for 23 years with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
He was a member of the Betterman Club, the North Penn Gun Club, and the Trumbauersville Lions Club.
Tim had enjoyed gardening, traveling, woodworking, and coin collecting.
In addition to his wife, Mr. DeLong is survived by his son, Timothy P. DeLong, Jr. and his partner, Damian Rixon, of Gillingham, Kent, England; a step-son, John Greenwood, and his wife, Yvette, of Perkasie; a step-daughter, Joanne Mazzocca, and her husband, Steve, of Slatington; three step-grandchildren: Cheyenne, Shaina, and Cody Mazzocca; a brother, William DeLong; and four sisters: Alberta Heft, Ruth Kirchner, Kay O’Donnell, and Melodie Seidl.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant sister, Jennie A. DeLong, and a brother, Albert R. DeLong, Jr.
There will be no services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mr. DeLong’s name may be made to Grand View Home Care, 4 Life Mark Drive, Sellersville, PA 18960.
