Marion B. Davis, of Philadelphia, passed away on Monday, August 27, 2018, at her residence at Chapel Manor, in Philadelphia. She was 93.
She was the wife of the late James Davis.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Walter Clark and Theodate (Weaver) Clark Morgan.
Marion was a graduate of Gratz High School, Philadelphia.
Marion had been employed as a housekeeper at various Philadelphia-area hospitals.
Marion was the mother of Charles D. Thorpe, of Sellersville, and the late Lorraine Ferrari, formerly of Philadelphia. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, most especially, her beloved Donna Ferrari, who looked after and took very good care of her Mom-Mom throughout her illness. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and two sisters, Joan Harris and Henrietta Straube, both of Philadelphia.
