Ralph Edward Baith

Ralph Edward Baith, 67, a long-time resident of Sellersville, passed away Monday evening, July 14, 2014, in his home surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Nancy (Printz) Baith for 46 years.

Born in Portage, PA, he was the son of the late Edward and Margaret (Hillegas) Baith. Ralph was a 1965 graduate of Pennridge High School and later graduated from LaSalle University, Philadelphia.

Mr. Baith had served in the U.S. Army National Guard during the Vietnam War.

He was self-employed for most of his career as a property owner and manager.

Ralph loved sports, cooking, and spending time with his family.

In his own words, “his life exceeded his expectations” filled with a close-knit family. He was loved by his family, and he will be greatly missed.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his five daughters: Carrie Baith Bush, and her husband Bill, of Dover, Delaware; Lesley Baith Chan, and her husband Dave, of Audubon; Jenna Baith Van Dyke, and her husband Dave, of West Chester; Jesse Baith Gregory, and her husband Geoff, of Arlington, Virginia; Greta Baith, of Philadelphia; and eight grandchildren: Liam, Owen, Mason, Kyla, Maggie, Mia, Jonathan, and Lily.

Mr. Baith is also survived by six siblings: Eleanor Yoder, and her husband Paul, of Sellersville; Rita Zinner of Hampton, Georgia; Marlene Kelly of Quakertown; Jani Mohr, and her husband Ken, of Lansdale; Paul Baith, and his wife Marilyn, of Midland, North Carolina; and Chuck Baith, and his wife Nancy, of Ligonier.

His Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2014, in the Betty Meier Steeley Funeral Home, 87 North Main Street, Sellersville, PA 18960.

Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that you spend some special time with your loved ones in memory of Ralph.
