Lisa A. Adams

Lisa A. Adams, of Sellersville, passed away Friday, July 7, 2017, at her residence. She was 61.

She was the beloved wife of Robert B. Adams for 31 years.

Born in Warminster, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Sarah (McCaughey) Laskow. She grew up in Hartsville, PA.

Mrs. Adams was a dedicated homemaker for many years. After her children were older, she was employed as a teaching assistant by the Pennridge School District, working at the high school for 18 years. She always stood up for her beliefs, in and out of school, and helped many, many students with her cheerful, loving spirit.

An avid gardener, Lisa grew zinnias and other flowers at her home, donating all her earnings to the local food pantry, Pennridge FISH, in Perkasie.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Kylie R. Adams, of Palmerton; Brian J. Adams, of Philadelphia; and three brothers, Mark Laskow and his wife, Lisa, of Ligonier; Paul Laskow and his wife, Margaret, of Philadelphia; and Jan Laskow and his wife, Claudia, of Avon, NC.

Her memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, August 5, at Richland Friends Meeting, South Main Street & Mill Road, Quakertown, PA 18951.

Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
