Obituary for Chantal M. Francois-Gallagher

Chantal Marie Francois-Gallagher, of Sellersville, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, in Grand View Hospital, West Rockhill Township. She was 66.

She was the long-time beloved domestic partner of Gary E. Bozarth.

Born in Brussels, Belgium, she was the daughter of Charles Francois and the late Marianne (Trappeniers) Francois Perin.

Chantal had earned an associate degree from Temple University, Philadelphia.

She had been employed as a certified ophthalmic technician in New York City and, most recently, as a caregiver.

Chantal had recently attended Calvary Church, in Souderton.

An avid gardener, Chantal had also enjoyed decorating, painting, reading non-fiction, and traveling. Travel destinations had included New York City, the Jersey shore, Vermont, and Colorado, and vacations throughout Europe, with skiing in the Alps.

Chantal had loved elegant clothes, especially the color aqua and boots with adornments, dancing, sports cars, hamburgers, the warmth of summertime, and getting together with her girlfriends.

In addition to her partner, Chantal is survived by her daughter, Katina Farnham; two sisters, Doris Reynolds, of Alabama, and Erika, of Colorado; many friends; and her beloved pets, “Nicki” and “Charli.”

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a brother, Luc Perin.

Her Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, December 2, in the Betty Meier Steeley Funeral Home, 87 North Main Street, Sellersville, PA 18960, where a visitation will be held from 10 a. m. until time of service.

Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
