Obituary for Freida Godshall
Freida Godshall, a lifelong resident of Hilltown Township, passed away at her residence on Friday, April 8, 2022. She was 87.
She was the wife of the late Bruce M. Godshall until his death in 1976.
Born in Sellersville, Freida was the daughter of the late Isaac and Mary (Rinehart) Hoff.
Freida was a lifetime active member of Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, Sellersville, where she had taught Sunday School and Vacation Bible School, served as an usher, and volunteered with the Fellowship Ministry.
An avid cook and baker, Mrs. Godshall had particularly delighted in time spent with her family. They were the joy of her life.
Mrs. Godshall is the beloved mother of Alan Godshall, Sharon Kapsak and her husband, Jan, Brenda Godshall and her wife, Linda, Mary Godshall, and Scott Godshall. She is also survived by five grandchildren: Heather Fadule and her husband, Nick, Jamie Frei, Andrew Kapsak and his wife, Rachael, Danielle Graham and her husband, Marshall, and Brady Meltzer; and seven great-grandchildren: Hunter Graham, Peyton Graham, Mason Graham, Cora Frei, Bennett Frei, Deklen Fadule, and Ryker Fadule.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2022, in Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 733 Ridge Road, Sellersville, PA 18960, where a visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service.
Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.,
