Obituary for William G. Lutterer
William G. Lutterer, of Perkasie, passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at his residence. He was 70.
He was the loving husband for 43 years of Bernadette (Kurylak) Lutterer.
Born in Doylestown, he was the son of the late William G. and Mary A. (Crouthamel) Lutterer.
Bill was a 1965 graduate of Pennridge High School.
He had been employed as an auto mechanic for over 40 years at Paul W. Histand’s Truck and Equipment, Doylestown, a position he had held since his graduation.
Mr. Lutterer was a long-time member of Presbyterian Church of Deep Run, Perkasie.
Bill was also a member of the Dublin Volunteer Fire Company, Dublin for over 25 years.
An avid NASCAR fan, Bill especially followed Jimmie Johnson #48.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Kimberly L. Panasuck and her husband, Michael, of Dillsburg; Kristine M. Lutterer, of Perkasie; a sister, Carolyn S. Ziemer, and her husband, John, of Cape Coral, FL.
His memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, September 23, 2017, at the Presbyterian Church of Deep Run, 16 Irish Meeting House Road, Perkasie, PA 18944, where a visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 480 Norristown Road, Suite 150, Blue Bell, PA 19422 or to ALS Association, 321 Norristown Rd., Suite 260, Ambler, PA 19002.
