Pahpooh,

Words cannot express the heartbreak I have felt since you left this earth, however, my heart is full knowing you are in heaven with nanny. Your unconditional love, kindness and sense of humor, just to name a few, are just some of the things that shaped me into the woman I am today. I will never forget each and every memory, from park trips and first days of school, spaghetti at the Stirling diner, shrimp and fried calamari at the Don...I love you pops, and I love everything you've done for me and mama. I hope you're having a blast up there, playing poker and eating lipton soup with nanny. Save me a spot at the table next to you, because though it might be a while, I promise I'll see you again. Cheers to all these years, and enjoy the cake because diabetes don't exist in Heaven.

All the love in the world,

Your favorite pain in the a**
