Obituary for Eugene K. Bouc

Eugene K.  Bouc
Eugene K. Bouc, of Hatfield, passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2018, in the Community at Rockhill, West Rockhill Township. He was 86.

Born in New Hope, he was the son of the late Ernest A., Sr. and Dorothy (Fisher) Bouc.

Mr. Bouc was a U. S. Army veteran, having served in Korea from 1952-1954 during the Korean War.

Eugene had been employed as a welder by FMC Corporation, Colmar, leaving when they closed in 1986. He then worked as a custodian for the North Penn School District, retiring in 1997.

An avid golfer and bowler, Eugene also especially loved baseball, particularly following the Detroit Tigers. He frequently attended games, always enjoying trips to Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs and Reading Phillies games with his brother. Eugene also traveled extensively, often on bus trips.

He is survived by his brother, Ernest A. Bouc, Jr., and his wife, Mary Ellen, of Sellersville; his two nieces, Holly Ambrose and her husband, Timothy, of Perkasie, and Heather Hummel and her husband, Alan, of Levittown; and a great-nephew, Connor Hummel.

His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, July 26, 2018, in St. Andrew’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 20 Dill Ave., Perkasie, PA 18944, where a visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service.

Interment with military honors will follow in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Perkasie.

In lieu of flowers, charitable donations in Eugene’s memory and in honor of his military service may be made to the care of St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church Flags and Flag Stands, 20 Dill Avenue, Perkasie, PA 18944.
