I apologize if the way I remember Jason is not sad. My memories of him are: He was funny and fun, he could be crazy and crazed but he loved his close friends, art and he loved his son... very much. Every time I saw him he'd light up saying my name, then give a huge grin and laugh a hearty laugh with a big hug.For a small guy he had a great big heart. Although we had lost touch over the years, he greeted me the same everytime, even the last time.. in 2014. It hurts to know he's gone..thought about everytime we hung out the past two days...cant remember a time when he didn't make me laugh... I'll always remember the laugh, the smile, the heart. We should remember the best of him. I will. My condolences to his parents and extended family, the Cardillos, his close friends and especially his son, I cannot imagine the hurt but I grieve with you.
