Obituary for Darlene A. Binsberger

Darlene A.  Binsberger
Darlene A. Binsberger, of Sellersville, passed away Monday, February 6, 2017, in Grand View Hospital, West Rockhill Township. She was 69.

She was the beloved wife of John S. Binsberger, Jr. for 43 and one-half years.

Born in Lansdale, she was the daughter of the late William and Anna Marie (Kuhn) Hange. Darlene was a 1967 graduate of Souderton High School.

After high school graduation, she was employed at the former Royal Pants Factory, Perkasie, where she met her future husband.

Most recently, Darlene had been employed by the Pennridge School District as a cafeteria aide at Sellersville Elementary School. She had also worked in the Kids Care after school programs at both Sellersville Elementary and West Rockhill Elementary.

An avid scrap booker, Darlene had most enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Binsberger is survived by her two daughters, Julie Loughridge and her husband, Jason, of Telford; Janelle Binsberger, of Sellersville; her two sons, Randall Scott Binsberger, of Harleysville; and Ronnie Lee Binsberger, of Quakertown; four grandchildren, Wade, Cole, Connor, and Tessa; and two brothers, Ernie Hange and his wife, Marie, of Blooming Glen; and Larry Hange and his wife, Judy, of Perkasie.

Her memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, February 10, in the Betty Meier Steeley Funeral Home, 87 North Main Street, Sellersville, PA 18960, with a visitation from 10 a.m. until time of service.

Interment will follow in Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Prospectville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mrs. Binsberger’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 480 Norristown Rd., Ste. 150, Blue Bell, PA 19422 or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
