Obituary for Harold R. Rinehold

Harold Ralph Rinehold, of the Peter Becker Community, Harleysville, formerly of King of Prussia, passed away peacefully with his daughters by his side on April 1, 2015. He was the husband of the late Shirley J. (Carson) Rinehold, who died in 2012. He was 79.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Ralph H. Rinehold and Margaret (Wineland) Rinehold Rose.

Harold had been employed as a truck driver by Volpe Express, Inc., of Phoenixville, until his retirement in 1997. He had won many honors during his career, including the Million Mile Safe Driver Award.

He was a member of Teamsters Local 107.

An avid outdoorsman, Harold enjoyed hunting and boating.

He is survived by his two daughters: Linda Salemno, and her husband, John, of Sellersville; Terri L. Romanelli, and her husband, Bob, of Limerick; four grandchildren: Kristin L Schmidt and her husband, Jeff, of Allentown; Ami Romanelli, of Royersford; Kari Minko, and her husband, Drew; John “LJ” Salemno and his wife, Lisa, all of Sellersville; eight great- grandchildren: Erick, Nathan, Alex, Samantha, Kayleigh, Andrew, Delaney, and Madison; and two brothers: Robert Rinehold and his wife, Joan, of Topsail Beach, NC; and Kenneth Rinehold and his wife, Lois, of Kintnersville.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by a son, Ralph H. Rinehold, who died in 2004.

Services will be private. Interment will be in Lawnview Cemetery, Rockledge.
